Shipping Information

We want you to receive your AMT parts as soon as possible, and we try to ensure that all deliveries run smoothly and efficiently.


Depending on your location, delivery times will vary, but as a guide, most shipments will be delivered within +/- 5-7 business days from the time of order.

Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.


To the extent permitted by law, AMT shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. For more information, contact us

FAQs

Will I always be invoiced for shipping, even if I pay through the website?

If you don’t provide an account number for UPS or FedEx, or if we aren’t able to ship your products via UPS or FedEx, then yes, we will invoice you for the cost of shipping.


How much can I expect to pay for shipping?

Which shipping method we use (and therefore the cost) depends on what the items are and how much they weigh. For an exact quote on what you will pay for shipping, contact us with the spare parts you are looking to buy and your shipping address.


What shipping services do you use?

Some items are small enough to ship via FedEx or UPS ground, but others need to ship via Freight. 


How do I provide an account number for FedEx or UPS?

Once you add a product to your cart, go to the cart page. There is a field for your FedEx or UPS account number just above the checkout button.

If FedEx or UPS is available with the number provided, we will charge shipping directly to your account.
